Party blamed Delhi University for "confirming" Prime Minister
Narendra Modi's degree because of weight from the Center ,the varsity on
Thursday said it has not been affected by "any political weight" and
declared that it is acting as per the law.
"Few AAP leaders visited the
university on Wednesday and met vice-chancellor Yogesh Tyagi over issue of
Prime Minister Narendra Modi's degree”.
"The VC let them know that
RTI cell of the college should act as per the law yet it is wrong to say that
the college is acting under any political weight," DU enlistment center
Tarun Das said.
The elucidation by DU came a day
after an AAP assignment went by the college requesting that they be permitted
to inspect the records of Modi's BA degree yet they needed to return flat
broke.
AAP pioneer Sanjay Singh affirmed
that Tyagi requesting that they "comprehend his position saying there is a
