LUCKNOW: The CBI on friday filed a charge sheet before the special court within the murder of Kunda DSP Zia-ul Haq while not naming former minister Raja Bhaiya, World Health Organization was an defendant within the FIR filed by the officer's life partner.

CBI sources, however, processed that probe into the alleged role of Raja Bhaiya remains open and also the agency may file a supplementary charge sheet if his role surfaces at a later stage.

They told CBI has mentioned within the charge sheet that brother of village head Nanhe Yadav, World Health Organization was shot dead before Haq, was killed by gun shot from his own weapon in a very scuffle that materialized once the arrival of police at the crime scene.

The sources told CBI has reserved Babloo Yadav, son of Nanhe, his 2 brothers among others for allegedly killing the DSP.

On Thursday, the agency had moved an application within the court of special CBI judge Mirza Zeenat seeking permission to conduct medical instrument check on the previous food and civil provides minister together with his consent.

The court has fixed June eleven because the next date of hearing on the applying.

Haq was shot dead on march 2 in Balipur village in Kunda space of Pratapgarh district wherever he had gone to probe murder of village head Nanhe Yadav.

Haq's partner Parveen Azad had defendant Raja Bhaiya of conspiracy once that he had to resign from the cabinet on March four.
