Raipur, Oct 22 (IANS) A passenger train Saturday mowed down to death at least six people in Chhattisgarh, railway officials said.

The incident happened at Tarbahar area in Bilaspur district, some 120 km north from capital Raipur when a number of people were crossing the rail track.

The casualty figure could rise as reportedly more than a dozen people were also critically injured in the incident, officials said
